Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lb beef roast
1 - 0.7 oz packet of dry Italian Dressing mix
2-3 cups of water
2 baguettes or 8 small rolls
Method:
Add water into crock pot and sprinkle on Italian mix and slightly stir. Add roast to water and cook on high for at least 5-6 hours or until you are able to pull apart the meat with two forks. Shred the meat and add extra water if needed. Let sit in crockpot for another 1/2 hour or so then serve on baguettes or hard rolls.
