This week I'm back on track and this is what we are having for dinner:

- Baked tilapia, baked potatoes, and peas
- Alice Springs chicken, ranch potatoes and broccoli salad
- Pork chops, sweet potatoes, apple sauce
- Chicken wild rice soup
- Chicken wings, butter parsley potatoes, steamed veggies
