Let's make some heat this week with the cool fall weather approaching!!! I've been starting to incorporate quite a few more "healthy" options in our weekly meals. I've been reading loads of new health conscience cookbooks and wanting to try a few new recipes.
- Chicken, vegetable and barley soup (new recipe)
- Pork stir fry over rice
- Shrimp scampi with roasted vegetables - squash, zucchini, mushrooms, and red pepper (new recipe)
- Baked chicken parmesan on vegetable pasta with steamed broccoli (new recipe)
- Baked tilapia, wild rice mix, glazed carrots (new recipe)
- BBQ chicken stromboli, green beans
- Lemon and thyme roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, corn
