Bacon-Wrapped Sausages













These are a staple for every English Christmas meal so I of course had to make them for our first English Christmas. They are very easy to make and if you don't eat them all for dinner you can have them with breakfast the next morning.

Ingredients:












24 cocktail sausages
8 slices streaky bacon

Method:













Stretch bacon slices using the side of a knife blade to scrap along the strip. Cut the stretched slices into thirds. Wrap the bacon slices around the sausages.












Bake at 350 F/180 C for 30 minutes.
