Deviled Eggs

The classic deviled egg....

6 hard boiled eggs
1 Tbsp mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar
dash of pepper
paprika for garnishing


Peel hard boiled eggs. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks on a plate.

Mash up egg yolks with a fork until all chunks are broken down. Add mustard and mayo, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mash in with the egg yolks. Taste and add extra salt or sugar to taste.

Using the back of a spoon, fill the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture.

Sprinkle the eggs with paprika and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
