What's for Dinner?

Second week at our South Beach Phase 1:

  • Grilled sirloin steak with sauteed mushrooms and pan-fried asparagus, shrimp cocktail
  • Baked salmon with lemon-dill sauce, crab stuffed mushrooms
  • Grilled chicken with steamed broccoli and cauliflower with cheese and coleslaw
  • Treated ourselves to a night out - splurged on PASTA (yes we cheated tonight)
  • Grilled pork sausages with sauerkraut with warm rocket salad
  • BBQ at friend's house - hamburgers, sausages, ribs, chili on rice, couscous, and loads of puddings!!!! (cheated again)
