Yes, this really does taste like the appetizer from Olive Garden and that's why I love it so much. You can serve it with a variety of things like toasted baguette slices, toasted pita bread, tortilla chips, vegetables and more.

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup romano cheese (or more parmesan)
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup mozzarella (grated)
1/4 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Cream together with mayo, parmesan, romano cheese, garlic, basil, and garlic salt. Mix well.

Store in container until ready to use. Spray pie pan with cooking spray, pour in dip, top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 F/180 C for 25 minutes.
