Watergate Salad














This is one of my favorite sweet fruity salads. It's a special treat to have while we live overseas because I have to import the pistachio pudding.

Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz container Cool Whip or 2 cups of whipped cream
1 - 3 oz package of pistachio pudding mix
20 oz can of crushed pineapple
1 cup mini marshmallows

Method:
Mix pistachio pudding in with Cool Whip. Add pineapple and then marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
