Roasted Asparagus and Bell Peppers

I absolutely love this taste combination of the savory asparagus and sweet peppers. A great side dish to add to almost any lean meat for a healthy meal.

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 lb (300g) asparagus, cut in halves or thirds
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove finely minced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and spread out in a thin layer in a 8x10 baking dish. Bake for roughly 20 minutes at 350 F / 180 C stirring up half way through.
