What's for Dinner?

My husband is down 20 lbs and I'm down 12 lbs so we are still sticking to Phase 2 of the South Beach Diet this week and working hard towards our weight loss goals. This week I'll just share our dinner menu with you and any new desserts we may try.

Dinner:
  • Pork chops with fried apples (using Splenda Brown sugar), crab salad
  • Sweet and sour chicken with no breading, brown rice, stir fry veggies
  • Grilled ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, crab salad, mixed fruit salad
  • Chicken Wild Rice Soup (using low fat half and half and whole wheat flour)
  • Pork Sausages with sauerkraut, carrots and asparagus medley
  • Roasted Pork Fillet with mushrooms, roast sweet potatoes
