- Sweet and sour chicken with no breading, brown rice, stir fry veggies
- Grilled ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, crab salad, mixed fruit salad
- Chicken Wild Rice Soup (using low fat half and half and whole wheat flour)
- Pork Sausages with sauerkraut, carrots and asparagus medley
- Roasted Pork Fillet with mushrooms, roast sweet potatoes
