  • BBQ skinless chicken on the grill, steamed broccoli and cauliflower with cheese
  • Chili made with ground pork, 1/2 grilled cheese and ham sandwich on WW bread
  • Grilled pork chops and roasted squash soup
  • Lean pork sausages with sauerkraut
  • Ribeye steaks with sauteed mushrooms and roasted sweet potatoes
