Gold Rush Brownies

I got this recipe from my high school band instructor's wife as she used to make them for our whole band for a special treat. They are super easy to make with only three ingredients and they taste really good. A key thing to note is that you don't want to crush the graham crackers all the way down to crumbs because you want a fair amount of small chunks to give it a good crunchy texture.

(Sorry there is no picture of the final product, but we ate them so quickly that I didn't get a picture this time around!!!)

Ingredients:

1 box graham crackers (3 cello packs) or 1 large tube digestive biscuits, crushed
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
12 oz of chocolate chips (350 g)

Method:

Crush graham crackers (digestive biscuits) to a consistency that you still have small chucks.

In a large bowl, add the crushed crackers and stir in condensed milk.

Add chocolate chips.

Mix all together until all is moist.

Put in a well greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 F/180 C for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares to serve.
