Asparagus Wrapped in Ham













A fun little way dress up your asparagus.

Ingredients:
6 asparagus spears (steamed until tender, but still a bit crunchy)
6 thin slices low-fat deli ham (about 2 ounces worth)
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp minced garlic
shredded cheese

Method:












Mix mayo and garlic. Spread ham slices with a touch of mayo spread. Put asparagus stalk at one side and roll up.












Place on lightly greased baking dish and lightly sprinkle on shredded cheese. Bake at 350 F/180 C for 8-10 minutes.
