- Saucy meatballs, sweet corn on the cob, and twice baked mashed potatoes (ate out all weekend so this is ready to go for tonight)
- Grilled BBQ chicken legs and thighs, potato salad, and broccoli salad
- Hamburgers on the grill, potato salad, green beans
- Grilled fish and veggies, sweet potato fries (chips), cole slaw
- Stirfry veggies over rice and spring rolls
- Spaghetti bolognese and artisian bread (getting a new recipe from a friend that you will all love)
Also going to make some homemade salsa from tomatoes bought at farmer's market this past weekend and my home grown cilantro!!!
