What's for Dinner?

It's been a couple of months and after 3 weeks back in the US for a visit, we're ready to tackle a little more weight loss. For the next couple of weeks we'll be on the South Beach Diet again so follow along with us:

Dinners:
Breakfasts:
  • Scrambled eggs with cheese with side of back bacon - no fat
  • Cheese omelet with salsa on top

Lunches:
  • Spinach, rocket and cress salad with chicken breast strips and a basalmic vinegar/olive oil dressing
  • Lettuce salads with tomatoes, cucumber and ham
  • Oriental Chicken Cabbage Salad
  • Egg salad or chicken salad on lettuce/cabbage leaf
  • Deviled eggs

Snacks/Desserts:
  • 1/2 cup sugar free jello
  • Healthy No-Bake Cheesecake
  • Cheese sticks wrapped with ham slice
  • dry roasted peanuts
  • Cottage cheese
